Je m’appelle Aisyk, je suis un nouveau collaborateur sur IndieHost.
Mon rôle va être de répondre à vos questions sur du support, des infos sur la structure IndieHost, de trouver les infos si je ne peux pas vous répondre tout de suite, bref, d’être un touche à tout sur IndieHost et ses services.
Je ne suis pas un technicien, même si j’en comprend tous les enjeux (et que je travaille sur Linux depuis 15 ans), par contre j’ai une solide expérience en communautés diverses et variées et je sais trouver les informations utiles et pertinentes.
Pas mal de changements vont se faire sur IndieHost ces prochains jours, avec @pierreok et @unteem nous allons travailler à la pérennité de l’activité d’IndieHost, son modèle économique, son modèle social aussi.

My goal will be support, responding about IndieHost structure, find solutions if i don’t have instant solution. A sort of Jack of all trades !
I’m not a technician, even if i worked on Linux since 15 years, i understand the main goals. However, i have a solid experience in community management, and i know finding usable and relevant solutions.
Lots of changes will be effective on IndieHost within the next few days. With @pierreok and @unteem we will work on a sustainable IndieHost, his economic model and his social model too.
